At SPECTRA Audiovisual & Design, a subsidiary of CellTech LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality products safely to your door. Whether you are purchasing a consumer framed art print or a professional piece, we take the utmost care in packaging and handling your order.
1. Processing & Handling Time
Because we prioritize the safety and quality of every piece, please allow us time to prepare your order for shipment.

Standard Processing Window: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 7 business days of the order being placed.

Why the timeline? We inspect every frame and print to ensure it meets our standards. For gallery pieces, this time is used to construct custom crating or secure specialized packaging materials.

Notification: You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
Consumer At-Home Framed Art

Carriers: We ship via [USPS/UPS/FedEx] within the United States of America.

Packaging: Framed pieces are wrapped in protective foam, secured with corner guards, and shipped in reinforced corrugated boxes to prevent movement and damage.
Professional Gallery Art

Carriers: High-value or large-format works may ship via specialized fine art couriers or freight.

Packaging: These items are handled with "white-glove" standards, often requiring custom crates or wood-reinforced packaging.

Signature Required: To ensure security, all Gallery Art shipments require a direct signature upon delivery.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Art is fragile, and despite our best efforts, accidents in transit can happen.

Report Damages Immediately: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof of Damage: Please include photos of the damaged box and the damaged item so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right for you.
4. 14-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your art. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund) or instructions on how to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
